Residential Development, Brynhir Tenby

Pembrokeshire County Council will soon be submitting a full planning application for the development of new homes on land at Brynhir, Tenby, SA70 8JG. The new development will consist of 144 new homes and associated drainage, landscape and highway infrastructure.

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 requires draft planning applications to be available for comments for a minimum period of 28 days prior to formal submission to the National Park Planning Authority.

The usual planning consultation procedures will still be followed by the Authority whilst determining the application.
