Pre-planning application notification

We are pleased to announce that the City and County of Swansea will soon be submitting a full planning application for the development of the new Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Tan-y-Lan, at land adjacent to Hill View Crescent, in the Mynyddbach Ward, Swansea.   

The project comprises a new Welsh-medium primary school with associated outdoor recreational facilities and access, landscape and drainage works.

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 requires draft planning applications to be available for comments for a minimum period of 28 days prior to formal submission to the Council.

The usual planning consultation procedures will still be followed by the Council whilst determining the application.
