What do you think makes a successful place 'work'?

A variety of uses, as it results in different people using the place, which provides a more vibrant atmosphere.

What is your favourite place & why?

I don't have a specific place which is a definite favourite. Every place has its positive and negative aspects although they are not always obvious on the first glance and it may take a while to find them!

What interests you outside of work?

Other than planning (of course), my interests involve balancing marathon running with managing my allotment garden, and our fledgling family.

What activity do you most want to undertake in the next ten years?

To complete my RYA qualifications and sailing experience to the level of Yachtmaster Ocean
