What do you think makes a successful place 'work'?

A successful place needs to be attractive to encourage people to use it, but it also needs to be adaptable to the needs of different users over time.

What is your favourite place & why?

Prague – it has an excellent balance of culture, heritage and buzz!

What interests you outside of work?

I have recently taken up water-colour painting - it is great to learn a new creative skill and it really starts to make you notice the most intricate details. Aside from this, I enjoy trying to keep fit; DIY and travelling.

Greatest influence in professional work:

An inspirational lecture from Gordon Cullen, whilst a student at Oxford Poly.
